Janna Weekend In Person Program - Mississauga

Janna Weekend In Person Program (JWP) has been held on Sundays at Stephen Lewis Secondary School in Mississauga Ontario, since 2011.

Designed for ages 3.7–16

with 12 structured levels that support progressive learning

3 hours per week

1 hour per subject over 26 weeks from September to May

Salat education

half an hour of Salat education each week to help children develop their prayer practice.

Moodle Learning

Islamic Studies is delivered via Zoom and the Moodle learning platform.

During the COVID-19 years, the program shifted to an online format. In 2023, when public building permits were reinstated, Janna returned to Stephen Lewis Secondary School to resume in-person sessions.
