| What? | Janna is hosting a charity event on May 11, 2025, for Level 4–10 students to help prepare supplies for 100 low-income families. Students will be divided into teams to load, unload, count, label, and pack items. All Janna students—online and in-person—are invited to participate, with a $21.37 participation fee (or more if they wish to donate extra). |
| Who? | Parkdale Community Center / Food Bank, which serves 14,000 low-income individuals, will be speaking to Janna students about poverty in Toronto.
Ms. Maggie will provide an Islamic perspective on the issue. |
| Where? | On May 11, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM at
Stephen Lewis Secondary School (Cafeteria) |
| How? | Parents should log into their child’s account, go to
Program Registration, search “Food Bank”, and complete the payment. Each student must pay through their own individual account. Janna will handle purchasing the products. |
